This is only tangentially related to this issue. I am building the latest version of `foreign-jextract` branch but
since the most recent merge from `jdk:master` the build is broken on Windows because it doesn't (yet) have the
following commit:

How often is `jdk:master` merged into panama? Sorry for the extra noise on this issue but I didn't feel it was totally
warranted to pollute the mailing list.
