[foreign-jextract] RFR: updating samples for CSupport->CLinker

Hi Michael,
it is merged once a week - I think the merge should probably kick in in 
the next 24 hrs.

That said, a couple of days ago I've been able to build on Windows just 
fine (using cygwin) ?
