Windows on ARM

Hi Panama team

What's the state of FFM on Windows on ARM?

As far as I can tell, OpenJDK builds are only available for JDK 21, 17 and
11, and only by Microsoft and Azul. So I guess it has not been officially
released for Windows on ARM.

Is the code ready for Windows on ARM? Does the JDK 21 version at least
contain a preview version of FFM? Can we expect to have a release version
with the next release of the Windows on ARM OpenJDK?
