I am sorry I am asking questions on an outdated thread. But, do any of
you know whether there is a DTLS implementation for Java? I am willing
to take it and fix bugs if necessary, but it will be great to have a
starting point.

Any pointers are helpful. To give some context, what I am looking for
is to have a java client being able to connect to a DTLS server. I
have done the same using OpenSSL on other mobile platforms.
