"all clear".  TL is open for b61 at this point.  b60 is reserved for 
last-minute surprises in the JavaOne preview release, in case some high 
priority issue comes along.

Check the schedule for updates as we move forward.  There may still be 
changes due to JavaOne - in my past experience we don't promote anything 
during JavaOne.

For any week where TL/JSN is listed on the calendar (see above), I
freeze for PIT builds at 10PM (Pacific time) on the Monday of that
week.  If you want changes in that build you need to push them before
10PM PT on Monday.
