[security-dev 00833]: Elliptic Curve Implementation Help

I recently noticed on the open jdk 7 features list
(http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk7/features/#f73) there is going
to be a pure java implementation of some ECC algorithms.

I have a fair bit of experience implementing ECC in java, primarily
the underlying finite field maths over both fp and f2m, but I am also
comfortable with EC-DSA and Dual EC-DRBG and to a lesser extent EC-IES
and GCM.

Basically I have a bit of time on my hands at the moment, so if there
is anything I can do to help get this work over the line, be it
review, testing, implementation or some optimisation, drop me an
email.
