RFR [8055731]: sun/security/smartcardio/TestDirect.java throws java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException

Hello!

Would you please approve a small enhancement of the manual regtest from 
smartcardio directory?
It is suggested to change it, so it will throw a regular Exception if 
there are no terminals available.
This would make it consistent with the other tests from the same dir.
