RFR: 9: 8156035: Remove intermittent key from sun/security/rsa/SpecTest.java

Please review this small change to remove intermittent key from this 
test. JDK-8137231 addressed intermittent failure and we haven't seen 
test failure for a long time and with frequent runs.
