You'll need to ask whoever provided you the jsse.jar you're having 
problems with. OpenJDK didn't, as it provides source code, rather than 
binaries.

Whoever provided you the binary file that you are having some problem 
with may (or may not) have changed it in some way, so just blindly 
downloading source from OpenJDK repositories is unlikely to be a good 
idea to resolve whatever problem you may have.
