TLS-PSK status ?

Hi,

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-6476446

is closed as a duplicate of JDK-8049402, but unfortunately this latter
issue is not public.

Is there any status about the implementation of TLS-PSK (RFC 4279, 4785, 5489) ?
