There is more than one, so this should be "implementations".

There is more than one, so this should be "implementations".

Shouldn't this be "CallbackHandler"?

+1, but I prefer "Provides an implementation of ..."

"the" sounds like this can be the one and only implementation. "an" 
sounds better.
