RFR[9] 8179451: Confidential copyright header in openjdk

Hi,
Two test files JSSEClient.java and JSSEServer.java in 
jdk/test/sun/security/ssl/CertPathRestrictions use wrong copyright notices.
This patch corrects this mistake.
