Java 11 - SSL handshake for ECDH cipher suites trigger Invalid ECDH ServerKeyExchange with non-default security provider

Hi,

What's the underlying crypto provider?  Please read the discussion on 
about Sept 20, 2018 in this thread.

Would you please help to verify if the parameters used in the crypto 
provider is set after the init method?
