Hello,
currently in one of our planned projects we intended to use private-public keypairs stored in the Windows key store to wrap/unwrap the actual content encryption keys. Unfortunately, this is not possible due to bug JDK-8251134 (https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8251134).
My question is now, does another provider apart from the SunMSCAPI to read the windows key store exists? If not, can somebody point me somewhere (maybe another member of this list) to get further help? Microsoft started recently to contribute to the JDK, so perhaps they wrote the code to access CNG keys and can quickly solve the problem.
Regards,
Armin
