RFR JDK-8240193 : loadLibrary("osxsecurity") should not be removed

Hi,

Could I get the following update reviewed:

   http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~xuelei/8240193/webrev.00/

In the JDK-8239264 update, the 'osxsecurity' library loading line was 
removed by by accident.  And thus cause link error if using this 
library.  This update undo this removing, and take the line back.

No new regression test, noreg-undo and noreg-trivial lables were added.
