@vicente-romero-oracle Sorry for the noise, I should have removed it earlier. All files in the `jdk.jartool` module are
under `compiler` in https://github.com/openjdk/skara/blob/master/config/mailinglist/rules/jdk.json#L120. You can make
it more specific.
