I was asked to review SwingSet2 changes but this isn't code.
But apparently I am not the right person to review this since I cannot understand the changes (not a DE, CN, or JA language expert) nor the reason for them. If this is a change to a unicode comma (as implied in an off-review message), I have no idea why .. it seems to be just asking for trouble.
