There is another bug id for updating the NSS version to 3.91 - https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8312476 Besides just changing the NSS version, we need to ensure there is corresponding NSS library in the artifactory... So, this may have to wait til 8312476 is addressed?
