Yeah I was in two minds there myself. I started fixing [JDK-8309981](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8309981) only to discover that the start of release updates had not been done as part of the start of release, so I figured I may as well fix it all together given I'd generated all the updated files anyway. But I'm still a little unsure ... in fact I think I will remove it in the morning.
