RFR: JDK-8315644: increase timeout of sun/security/tools/jarsigner/Warning.java

on some slow machines, sun/security/tools/jarsigner/Warning.java runs sometimes into timeouts (with fastdebug binaries).
So the current timeout of the test should be increased.
