I guess someone has complained that the 2nd "private" should not be translated. The problem in this PR is that both "non-private" and "private" are back to English. I think the 2nd should not be translated but the 1st should, or, at least it can be written as "非private“. Keeping a "non-" in Chinese looks strange.
