RFR: 8303770: Remove Baltimore root certificate expiring in May 2025

Removed "_CN=Baltimore CyberTrust Root, OU=CyberTrust, O=Baltimore, C=IE_" root certificate expiring in May 2025 from cacerts truststore. No code signing certificates were issued from CA.
