KeyWrap tests may silently skip :
* test/jdk/sun/security/pkcs11/Cipher/KeyWrap/XMLEncKAT.java
* test/jdk/sun/security/pkcs11/Cipher/KeyWrap/TestGeneral.java
* test/jdk/sun/security/pkcs11/Cipher/KeyWrap/NISTWrapKAT.java

Also, some cleanup of the files.
