RFR: 8366817: test/jdk/javax/net/ssl/TLSCommon/interop/JdkProcServer.java and JdkProcClient.java should not delete logs

The following test helpers delete logs after the test completes:
jdk/javax/net/ssl/TLSCommon/interop/JdkProcServer.java
jdk/javax/net/ssl/TLSCommon/interop/JdkProcClient.java

These helpers are used by tests located in jdk/javax/net/ssl/compatibility/*.java. Instead of explicitly deleting logs, cleanup should be handled by JTREG, as with other tests.

It is possible that the server process is still writing to this log when it tries to delete it, which could cause :

`java.nio.file.FileSystemException: server.log: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process`
