RFR JDK-8198253: ThreadInfo.from(CompositeData) assigning fields incorrectly in JDK 9

I don't mind at all!  I'm happy to have someone who knows the code and
wants to deal with all of that CompositeData/CompositeType stuff looking at
it.  I'll keep an eye out for updates.
