Note: there are 4 tests failing in x86:
* MemoryLayoutPrincipalTotalityTest
* MemoryLayoutTypeRetentionTest
* TestLargeSegmentCopy
* TestLinker

These failures are addressed in the dependent PR: https://git.openjdk.org/jdk/pull/11019, which will be integrated immediately after these changes
