RFR [11]: 2018-10-18, Bulk backports to sh/jdk11

I am not sure about JFR parallel/concurrent events, it looks like 
ParallelEvent has yet defined in JDK11 (jfr/metadata/metadata.xml)

Otherwise, good to me.
