RFR: Rename ShenandoahBrooksPointer to ShenandoahForwarding

I thought it should go to upstream straight away? We can pull jdk/jdk -> sh/jdk early to get the
change into the sandbox.

Seeing how you modified the include lists, have you tried to build with --disable-precompiled-headers?

Otherwise looks good.
