Could you review the fix:

   The proposed "RadioButtonMenuItem.closeOnMouseClick" and 
"CheckBoxMenuItem.closeOnMouseClick" properties allows to control 
JRadioButtonMenuItem and JCheckBoxMenuItem closing on mouse click.
