javadoc type annotation changes

Hi All,
             I am working on the type annotation changes to javadoc. We 
have looked at the changes required to javadoc in the type-annotations 
forest. Following are the 3 issues we are addressing

1) The output location for the receiver annotation and array annotation 
in the generated javadoc documentation pages need to be fixed.

2) Unit tests needs to be implemented for various type annotation to 
test out the javadoc changes.

3) The javadoc output pages needs to fixed for repeated annotations.

        I am currently working on 1) and implementing a unit test to 
test out the receiver annotation functionality. This change should be 
completed around end of next week.
