reflection SQE test

Hi,
   Sorry for the mass mail. I've created some SQE functional tests for 
type annotation reflection? I wonder where I should publish them. And I 
was unable to find descriptions for some new APIs with return type - 
byte[] (e.g. Class.getExecutableTypeAnnotationBytes(Executable ex)). 
Could someone kindly direct me to where I can get them? Greatly 
appreciate your help.
