Now I see there are tests in `test/jdk/valhalla/valuetypes`, I'm wondering if the annotation processor should (at least temporarily) be in:

`make/jdk/src/classes/build/tools/valhalla/valuetypes`
rather than:
`make/jdk/src/classes/build/tools/valueclasses`
