OpenJDK bug database is down since many days

bugs.openjdk.java.net went down due to disk issues on the server 
instance [1].  It went back up a few days ago [2].  All patches should 
be available again.

Closing the java.net issue, discussions don't belong there, should be 
here (or jdk7-dev/jdk6-dev instead).  I wasn't aware of this discussion 
until Ulf pointed it out below.
