Submitted bugs go to Nirwana

Hi,

since months I get no response after submitting bugs to
  http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase

No review ID, no bug ID, no other email, no answer from feedback form or any
other person from Sun/Oracle.
What's happening on the bugparade ???

Additionally ~every 2nd time login fails, and I have to reset the password.

Any help by pointing to *someone responsible* would be highly appreciated,
