Yes, I SHOULD, but this doesn't happen in the last 3 months.
I only get something like "Bug submitted successfully, Thanks for blah
blah ... Do you want submit another bug ?" on the browser.

Where to find Incident Manager? I'm afraid I don't understand this

That's not the problem here. Javascript is running well, and I did
nothing different in the last years before march 2010, where all worked
properly (I submitted about ~ 70 bugs).
