I added JDK8 to the bugs.o.j.n, and moved 100195 to that release.  I'll 
leave it to the experts as to whether this is a patch or a bug report. 
Looks like the latter to me, which is just fine.

As a quick reminder, please ensure sure the submitter has signed the 
SCA/OCA.

Looks like it's already been added to bugster.
