OpenJDK Bug Tracking Project

Hello,

A draft of the OpenJDK Bug Tracking Project is now available.  For 
further information please see:

As it says in the draft, we would like to have requirements raised and 
discussed. Also, while it may be tempting to discuss the benefits of 
particular bug tracking systems, we would like to limit the discussion 
to the requirements. Suggesting a system to be considered  is fine, but 
that is not the intent at this time.
