It should be a Free Software/Open Source solution with equal access to
all, both inside and outside Oracle.
To quote the original OpenJDK bug tracking project
(http://openjdk.java.net/groups/web/bugzilla.html), this allows you to
'fully embrace the Open Source paradigm'.
