Update on bug system for OpenJDK

One thing that concerns me is that this item:

Bug categories (similar to current bug system product/category/subcategory)

is empty for both products, so I'm unclear how bugs get categorized in 
either tool.

Looking at JIRA further it was unclear to me that the notification 
system allowed for you to receive notifications on groups of bugs - the 
way that Bugtraq subscriptions work today. This is a key feature for me 
personally.
