Update on bug system for OpenJDK

Some things that were components would now have to become "products" in 
a two-level system - which may be problematic if you want to query 
across a set of products (depends on the query interface).

You add yourself to the "interest list" for a 
(product,category,subcategory) tuple. (The requirement for all three 
with no 'wildcard' support is an annoying limitation in bugster).

Hopefully somewhere in there is the ability to "subscribe" to all 
product/component reports.
