I attached the screenshot to that comment. The second panel has this problem.

Yet you have to enlarge the image to see it clearly. Here's the part of that screenshot zoomed in to 400%:

The left and top sides of the 'Title 1' border have gray background between the shadow and highlight; the right and bottom don't.
