"boolUnaryOpProvider" is used only by the mask reduction/Unit-BoolReduction-op.template. Renamed it to "boolMaskUnaryOpProvider" to be used by both reduction and unary-op/Unit-BoolUnary-op.template. 

- boolMaskUnaryOpProvider
- boolMaskBinaryOpProvider
- longMaskProvider
- maskProvider
