Migrating mail.openjdk.org from Mailman 2 to ?

Hallelujah!

The version of mailman that we are on is an obstacle in all the worst ways.
So much feedback hasn't been given on the mailing list *PURELY* because of
how outdated and broken the tools are.

For suggestions, I guess LSoft's ListServ? It feels overkill.

But that said, just go to mailman 3. I only suggest LSoft because
alternatives were requested. Mm3 is the obvious correct choice here. The
obvious pain points are gone in 3. Plus, it adds a whole bunch of super
useful features WHILE simplifying the migration process. For example, it
has its own search feature built-in -- something desperately overdue, so
much so that community members started building their own solution to fill
in the gaps [1]. Thanks again Elliott Barlas!

Thank you for your time and consideration.
