Russian translation of IcedTea-Web Policy Editor

Hello!

I will gladly continue working on the Russian translation. If I'm not 
available for some reason, Basealt SPO's translation team can be 
contacted: translation-team at basealt.ru. How will I get the latest 
versions of the messages.properties file to translate?
