Confirmation about jdk11u approval process

Wait. As I said, all current pushes go to 11.0.4, *unless* maintainer specifically granted the
approval specifically for 11.0.3. Which did not happen for any of these six issues. So, [1]-[6]
would go to 11.0.4, okay?

As I applied all the patches to current jdk11u-dev, I realized that some of them are AIX-specific.
While the whole bunch passes tier1 tests on my Linux x86_64, we better confirm it does not break
AIX. It is unclear from the Fix Requests: have you tested these on AIX? Or, should we ask Christoph
to do it?
