Confirmation about jdk11u approval process

Sorry, I was confused...
According to make/autoconf/version-numbers.
GA date will be 2019-04-16 (I did not know that...)
RDP2 date might be 2019-01-22... (12 weeks before GA)
I appreciate if you put the changesets to 11.0.4 (jdk11u-dev).
BTW, I have one more question.
Japanese era name will be changed on May 1, 2019.
Then new Japanese era name will be announced on April 1, 2019. [1]
Is it possible to apply the changes for new Japanese era name into
11.0.3 ?
I assume i18n members will submit the changes.
