[8u] RFR(xs): 8229515: [macos] access to window property of NSView on wrong thread

Hi,

Please review this OpenJDK 8u backport of 8229515. The patch does not
apply cleanly due to minor context differences (e.g indent of
JNF_COCOA_ENTER). Otherwise, the patch is the same.
