RFR 8061574: 9-dev solaris-amd64 and solaris-sparcv9 build fail on 2014-10-20

Can someone help reviewing this fix? This is just to add a custom header 
for native Ucrypto functions so that official Solaris build using S10u6 
devkit can continue to work after 8046002 is integrated.

Both local build (with the 
--with-devkit=/java/devtools/i586/devkit/SS12u3-Solaris10u6 
configuration option) as well as JPRT job (-buildsonly) succeeded.
