AbstractSSLTubeTest.java and FlowTest.java now use the same
internal.net.http.SimpleSSLContext.java
In addition, it looks the original jdk/testlibrary/SimpleSSLContext.java
could accept an alternative keystore file,
so I don't change this logic and keep the binary testkeys.
