Proposal: 8338093: Localization of yes/no options in console input

Weijun is right that we do not manually update the localized files ourselves. I would suggest leaving a comment in the English properties file on the line above the key/val with the options that should not be translated. For example, "#L10N: do not localize: [no]”.
